Responsibilities
Work with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best coverage options
Provide knowledgeable guidance during policy writing and renewal processes
Prepare and present coverage and policy options clearly
Maintain accurate client records in the client management system
Address day-to-day client needs including claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rate questions
Qualification
Required
Active Oregon Property & Casualty license
Active Life & Health license
Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred
Previous sales and/or insurance experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Ability to clearly explain insurance coverages in a customer-friendly way
