Responsibilities
Collect donations from donors in a courteous and professional manner
Record information related to donations on company-issued equipment
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Second Cycle
Organize donations within the designated trailer
Assist drivers during the loading process when pickups are scheduled
Always provide friendly and welcoming service to donors and the public
Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and carry it for short distances
Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb, and bend for extended periods
Strong back and abdominal muscles to maintain proper posture while operating equipment and lifting heavy objects
Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation
Good hearing to detect warning signals and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Basic comprehension of written and verbal instructions in English is necessary
Basic communication skills, including speaking, writing, reading, and comprehending English
