Conducting customized family engagements that present Alpha's educational model and influence enrollment outcomes
Steering the complete admissions funnel through responsive, strategic, and thoughtful outreach
Reviewing daily safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and organizing staff follow-through
Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to improve operational workflows
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High emotional intelligence and independent drive
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Exposure to safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
Deep knowledge of the local K–12 education landscape
