Responsibilities
Facilitating brief, focused reading sessions that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching approaches and generate actionable insights
Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-enhanced materials that enable early elementary learners to reach grade-level proficiency
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
