Responsibilities
Orchestrate High-Impact Launches: Lead end-to-end GTM programs for FedRAMP and GovRAMP products, aligning Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Product teams from strategy to execution
Bridge Technology and Business: Partner with Security and Technical teams to translate complex authorization timelines into actionable, unified GTM roadmaps
Drive Operational Excellence: Design executive-ready dashboards and enhance PMO governance to streamline delivery in highly regulated environments
Champion Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary hub for FedRAMP activities, mitigating risks and coaching junior team members on best-in-class stakeholder management
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Program/Project Management experience specifically within Marketing or Go-To-Market (GTM) functions
Direct experience and working knowledge of the FedRAMP authorization process (Readiness, Authorization, Continuous Monitoring), specifically how it dictates and directly correlates to the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, timelines, and execution
Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs that delivered measurable business impact
Strong ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and navigate fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly regulated environments
Proficiency in enterprise project management software (e.g., Wrike, Jira, or Smartsheet)
Experience leading data driven problem solving and root cause analysis
Preferred
PMP and/or Lean certification and/or understanding of key principles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field
Deep understanding of the Government procurement process and the marketing strategies involved
Expertise in translating FedRAMP and technical compliance into clear market messaging and sales enablement for public sector customers
Experience leading lean ceremonies and/or workshop facilitation
