Electronics Process Quality Technician

Responsibilities

Assist in troubleshooting non-conforming PCBs and electronics from the production line at the Richmond facility and assign corrective action
Assist with First Article Inspection (FAI) of new PCBs
Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop quality processes for electronics in high volume facility
Ensure proper ESD controls are in place regarding electronic components throughout production cycle

Required

2-year technical degree in Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (digital multimeter, oscilloscope, power analyzer)
Proficiency in analyzing electronics components
Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and PCB layouts
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures
Must have work authorization to work in the U.S
