The role involves collaborating with the HR team to deliver high-quality support and ensure compliance across all HR activities.

Responsibilities

Respond to routine HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures

Maintain accurate records related to the employment lifecycle, including onboarding and off boarding

Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, STD, and Workers’ Compensation paperwork

Manage new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork

Support managers with HRIS navigation and training

Assist with payroll, time, and attendance processing

Conduct HR file audits for compliance purposes

Ensure positive employee relations through proactive communication and issue resolution
