Senior Accounting Process Analyst
LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Senior Finance Process Analyst who will focus on improving how finance work gets done. This role involves leading improvements across key finance processes and driving automation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead improvements across key finance processes including close, payables, receivables, fixed assets, project accounting, and product costing
Identify inefficiencies and design scalable, repeatable workflows that support business growth
Partner with accounting and finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and close efficiency
Support and enhance finance systems through troubleshooting, training, and documentation
Drive adoption of automation and finance tools to reduce manual work and improve compliance
Ensure processes align with audit, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Lead cross-functional initiatives and facilitate working sessions with finance stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or finance process improvement
Hands-on experience across AP, AR, GL, costing, and close processes
Experience working within ERP environments; comfort learning new systems and tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
Preferred
Exposure to finance automation, close management, or reporting platforms is a plus
CPA or similar credential preferred
