Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and updating food labels to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Support the team in verifying that all required nutritional information, ingredients, and allergens are correctly listed
Conduct research on current food labeling regulations and industry standards
Analyze label content to identify areas for improvement or potential compliance issues
Maintain accurate records of label revisions and regulatory approvals
Prepare reports and documentation as needed for internal reviews or regulatory submissions
Qualification
