Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, transitions, and collaborative activities
Encouraging students and fostering participation through chat messages, verbal recognition, and individual outreach
Keeping young learners engaged, confident, and connected throughout their educational experience
Supporting lead educators with operational logistics that ensure workshops proceed without disruption
Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence within student clubs and life skills programming
Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain engaged, organized, and motivated across all workshop sessions
Qualification
Required
Available to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
Excellent communication abilities and strong proficiency with digital platforms
Energetic, student-centered approach with attention to detail and seamless facilitation
Preferred
Familiarity with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership
