Responsibilities
Watching partner-school educators and support staff in action, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning methods, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group formats
Working with students individually or in small groups: tracking their progress in learning applications, developing goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for the broader team
Facilitating life skills sessions that actively involve students and exemplify strong facilitation for observing staff
Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and confirm academic objectives are achieved
Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address their questions
Qualification
Required
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Able to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation accepted)
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related field working with youth or adults
At least 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
Hands-on experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational or youth development contexts
Preferred
Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
