Associate AI Agent Developer (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Cloud Technologies, Snowflake Cortex, & Dataiku)

Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to learn their workflows and identify friction points
Assist in discovery sessions to highlight opportunities for AI assistants or related solutions
Help translate business needs into initial solution concepts or user stories
Support communication around AI capabilities and potential use cases
Assist in building AI agents and copilots using the team’s preferred tools and frameworks
Help develop conversational flows, prompts, business logic, and orchestrations
Support integration of solutions with data sources, APIs, and cloud-based services
Contribute to building simple apps, flows, or components
Participate in solution testing, documentation, and deployment activities
Assist with integrating applications and services within cloud environments
Learn and apply best practices for security, reliability, and scalability
Support basic API and service integrations across enterprise platforms
Help monitor usage and performance of AI and low code solutions
Participate in refining prompts, flows, and integrations based on feedback
Assist in troubleshooting and triaging issues
Support awareness efforts to help teams understand available AI capabilities
Assist in driving organization wide adoption of AI agents and related solutions
Help create or deliver training materials, how to guides, or intro sessions
Partner with teams to encourage best practices and improve user confidence
Work closely with developers, analysts, architects, and business partners
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and repeatable patterns
Participate in learning sessions and internal knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent)
1–3 years of experience in any of the following: Power Platform tools, Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments, Conversational AI or similar technologies
Basic understanding of APIs, integration concepts, or cloud fundamentals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn AI technologies, cloud platforms, Snowflake Cortex, Dataiku, and enterprise development practices
Good written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with business users
Preferred
Exposure to Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex, Dataiku, Power Fx, or scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#)
Visualization and basic data analysis and business statistics skills
Familiarity with cloud native functions or similar serverless tools
Experience building flows, bots, low code apps, or similar solutions
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAGs concepts or LLM based tools
