Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned programs, including overall program schedule, budget, engineering status, certification, supplier management and kit development
Develop drawing tree and installation instructions in support of cabin, electrical, structures and systems engineering disciplines
Coordinate engineering requirements with Director of Engineering and Project Engineer (as applicable) and monitor out of scope items to ensure projects remain within plan and budget
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring timely coordination and resolution of challenges
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful program execution and assist with preparing budget and estimates for assigned projects and proposals
Provide regular program updates, status reports and review progress with management and recommend corrective actions
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external parties

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical background
At least 10 years of engineering and/or program management and certification experience, with a proven track record of managing complex FAA and EASA STC projects
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage complex timelines, budgets and resources
In-depth knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations and experience in interacting with regulatory bodies and managing certification processes
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering/program team, customers, stakeholders and senior leadership
