Responsibilities
Build relationships with local municipal clients and help them move projects forward
Provide training and mentorship to existing Seattle Water/Wastewater office staff, likely Project Managers or Senior Project Managers
Develop innovative solutions while accommodating to client needs
Bringing in new business throughout Washington
Collaborating with various other offices, with period travel to other office locations and travel to meet with clients
Help and coordinate new growth business plans
Qualification
Required
15-25+ years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience in Treatment or Linear W/WW projects
5+ years in a role managing engineering projects and/or personnel
Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Washington
Desire to assist in strategic growth of office
Work closely with local municipalities throughout the state of Washington, with an emphasis on King County
