Responsibilities
Supporting customer go-lives with required regulatory and other documentation
Delivering professional messaging, writing, editing, and documentation support tailored to Content needs
Enhancing the quality and accuracy of internal and external communications
Supporting sales and customer engagement with tailored, effective content and documentation
Providing clear, accessible information that helps iLottery teams better understand, explain, and advocate for Content offerings
Setting and maintaining a consistent, clear voice for the Content organization across all channels
Centralizing and standardizing messaging across the Content organization
Reducing duplicated effort and messaging inconsistencies by serving as a single source of truth
Streamlining communication workflows, saving time and reducing iterations across teams
Enabling leadership to make more informed decisions by improving visibility into Content priorities and initiatives
Freeing up Content teams from handling their own communication and documentation tasks, allowing them to focus on core responsibilities
Scaling with the organization to meet evolving needs as new teams, processes, or products are introduced
Acting as a central point of contact for any Content-related communication needs
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of experience in documentation, marketing, and communications, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic content role
BA/BS, preferably in Business Administration, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven ability to develop and implement effective documentation and communications strategies and programs
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams
Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging written content—either through direct knowledge or by interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and synthesize information
Able to take direction from numerous resources and to receive and incorporate practical feedback
An excellent grasp of the written word and a high level of reading comprehension, with the ability to adjust tone and style to meet various project needs and translate complex ideas and concepts into easily digestible text
Highly organized with attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines, activities, and workloads
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and passionate about delivering high quality work
Great teammate who is keen to support and be supported in a close-knit team
