Responsibilities
Provides pre- and post-sales support for multiple areas
Reviews deals submitted in Salesforce.com for completeness and accuracy
Coordinates order fulfillment
Ensures effective creation and submission of sales logs and reports
Works across functional areas such as account administration and finance to troubleshoot client or internal issues
Prepares sales performance and effectiveness documentation and reports for review by sales management and other interested stakeholders / parties
Provides data and tracking metrics to support determination of incentive / commission calculations
Supports implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
MUST BE willing to be onsite 3 days a week at the client location in Richmond, VA
This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government
