Responsibilities
Administer U.S. employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401k, life, disability, leave management)
Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries
Support open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefits renewals
Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations
Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones and departments
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
Support new hire setup and orientation logistics
Ensure new hire data is accurately entered into HRIS and payroll systems
Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and personnel files
Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and pay changes
Support global HR initiatives and programs (engagement, performance, compliance, etc.)
Assist with HR documentation, communications, and process improvements
Provide administrative support for ad hoc HR and People projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of HR coordination or administrative experience
Experience with U.S. benefits administration and HR operations
Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and follow-through
Proficiency with HRIS and productivity tools
Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones
Preferred
global or fast-paced environment preferred
Google Workspace, JIRA, Workday preferred
