Start in 2026 SummerDLR Group is an integrated design firm committed to elevating the human experience through design. They are seeking a Planning & Urban Design Summer Intern to join their Orlando studio, where the intern will assist in producing designs for various building projects and participate in an integrated design process.

Responsibilities
Participate with other design team members in an integrated design process for various projects
Learn to use primary design tools such as ArcGIS PowerBI and proprietary DLR Group design tools and methods
Assist with the preparation of presentation materials using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Assist with project pursuits and business development opportunities
Actively participate in project and site meetings
Participate in and gain an understanding of planning documentation
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a Graduate degree in planning, architecture, or landscape architecture, or a Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, or landscape architecture
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred
Experience with ArcGIS Sketchup CAD/Revit
Excellent visual verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Completed 2 years of planning education prior to the start of the internship
A portfolio of applicable recent work
Previous internship experience
