Reduces production bottle necks on manufacturing product line
Address and correct workflow issues
Learns all positions and fills in as needed
Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions
Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position
4+ Years Experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Able to lift between 50 and 100 pounds assisted
able to learn to work with all hand tools required of all positions within the area, including general work tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools, brazing and wiring tools and equipment, forklifts, etc
Able to effectively direct the flow of others
Able to foster teamwork and resolve conflict
Able to work long hours and a variety of shits as needed
Able to learn and utilize materials tracking system
Ability to work in an environment with temperatures occasionally above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees
10% May need to travel when appropriate depending on product line needs
