Responsibilities
Data analysis and reporting skills with Excel and Tableau
Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Excel, Tableau, SQL
Demonstrate strong proficiency in the build-out and maintenance of tableau reporting from various sources
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical messages and / or business policies both horizontally and vertically through the organization
General knowledge of bank / technical process and tools including PPRT, CECE, TPAS, DART, POP, CIMA, etc
Ability to access data and perform independent research into data problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions
Ability to think independently and recommend solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant (technical) experience preferably within the Global Markets or Global Banking Domain
Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Excel, Tableau, SQL
Demonstrate strong proficiency in the build-out and maintenance of tableau reporting from various sources
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical messages and / or business policies both horizontally and vertically through the organization
General knowledge of bank / technical process and tools including PPRT, CECE, TPAS, DART, POP, CIMA, etc
Ability to access data and perform independent research into data problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions
Ability to think independently and recommend solutions
Preferred
Knowledge of core banking functions, processes, and operations
Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards
Knowledge of TPAS, PPRT GCP AR
Ability to communicate crisply and candidly, both orally and in writing
At least five years of project management experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to drive collaboration and manage conflict
Ability to adapt to frequent changes
Potential to work on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously
