Responsibilities
Support legal and compliance teams with operational workflows tied to regulatory and compliance initiatives
Assist in managing legal operations processes, including matter tracking, documentation, and reporting
Coordinate with compliance, risk, and legal stakeholders on regulatory matters and internal reviews
Support information governance, records management, and document retention practices
Help maintain compliance-related documentation, policies, and procedural materials
Assist with vendor coordination, legal technology tools, and process optimization efforts
Support responses to audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal compliance reviews
Track key metrics and provide reporting to legal and compliance leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–6+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance operations, or regulatory support roles
Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, or risk management environments
Experience supporting legal or compliance teams within regulated industries
Strong organizational, documentation, and process-management skills
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Preferred
Experience with legal operations tools or compliance platforms is a plus
