Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Quality dashboards and Quality Systems, with a particular emphasis on Power BI
Apply strong programming fundamentals to build tools that are scalable, durable, user‑friendly, and easy to maintain
Work independently to architect tools and solutions from the ground up
Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities within existing processes
Communicate effectively to understand problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners
Demonstrate strong awareness of team needs to support accurate problem identification
Document and explain complex software or automation solutions in a way that is accessible to non‑technical coworkers, ensuring tools are fully understood and utilized
Qualification
Required
Strong or advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and related applications
Ability to design and implement solutions using Excel VBA, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, SharePoint Workflow, Slack, or similar technologies
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience writing macros or scripts
Familiarity with basic quality tools, systems, and terminology
Understanding of Vehicle, Propulsion, and/or Software Development Processes
Background in structured problem‑solving methodologies such as RedX, DFSS, Six Sigma, etc
