Responsibilities
Participate in data enhancement/data maintenance in Alfa Laval’s constituent relationship management (CRM) system, OneCRM
Assist with process improvement and process documentation
Contribute to efforts to strengthen Alfa Laval’s equipment traceability post sales
Engage in data querying & analysis
Qualification
Required
You are a rising college junior or senior, open to all majors, with preference for those pursuing coursework in business administration, marketing, data analytics, or engineering
An analytical mind with the ability to translate data into insights
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and skills
Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
An interest in sales operations, data analysis, and process improvement
