Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for SAP Concur Expense & Travel
Lead or support SAP Concur implementation, optimization, and post–go-live stabilization
Oversee end-to-end employee expense and travel processing, ensuring policy compliance and accurate accounting treatment
Manage corporate credit card programs, including cardholder setup, transaction review, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Ensure accurate recording of expense-related activity, including accruals, prepaid expenses, reversals, and month-end close entries
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and Procurement to resolve issues and improve controls and user experience
Support ERP integrations related to expense and travel data flow
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive adoption and compliance
Act as a hands-on problem solver during periods of high volume, change, or system enhancements
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in finance systems, accounting operations, or expense management
Hands-on SAP Concur implementation experience OR deep power-user/admin expertise
Strong understanding of expense accounting, accruals, and internal controls
Experience supporting the month-end close related to expenses and corporate card activity
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Interest in converting to a full-time role following the contract period
