The Senior Loan Officer will focus on DSCR originations, working with investors, brokers, and other sources while receiving institutional support as they ramp up their originations.

Responsibilities
Focus exclusively on DSCR originations
Work with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources
Receive support from underwriting and closing personnel as you ramp up your originations
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our CRM (Hubspot)
Meet minimum origination targets and avoid meaningful client or loan buyer issues
Qualification
Required
A strong background in DSCR originations is required
If you currently originate $60+ million per year, we can speak about dedicated, flexible balance sheet to help you originate loans that you can't easily do today
We will also consider top-tier, non-QM originators with some experience in DSCR originations
