Responsibilities

Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑range planning

Partner closely with operations, production, supply chain, and plant leadership to analyze financial performance

Build and refine financial models to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities

Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards

Support costing analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and capital investment reviews

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across business units

Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
