New Grad, Entry LevelAIT Global Inc. is looking for Quality Inspectors to support their second-shift manufacturing operations. The role focuses on hands-on inspection, manual measurement, accurate documentation, and ensuring parts meet engineering requirements.

Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of production parts
Use manual inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, and depth gages
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and basic GD&T
Accurately record and enter inspection results into quality systems or spreadsheets
Review test data from automated inspection or test equipment
Identify, document, and report nonconforming parts
Follow established inspection procedures and quality standards
Maintain organized inspection records for traceability and audits
Work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations
Communicate quality issues clearly to manufacturing and quality teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in quality or dimensional inspection in a manufacturing environment
Strong ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Proficiency with manual measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gages, etc.)
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Ability to reliably work second shift
Preferred
Familiarity with GD&T concepts
General awareness of CMMs (no programming required)
Experience reviewing or entering data from automated inspection systems
