Responsibilities
Establish networks and cultivate referrals to generate a steady stream of candidates
Engage in frontline recruiting of financial professionals
Coach, mentor, and supervise new and existing financial professionals
Develop and grow a production unit
Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates
Building a team of advisors that can sustainably grow and develop, becoming well known as the firm that helps advisors and their clients reach their maximum potential
Serving as an industry and market leader whose role heightens the firm's visibility and prestige, acting as a representative and champion in the industry and in the communities served
Expanding and establishing the firm as a prominent leader in the Honolulu marketplace
Qualification
Required
A strong relationship builder who takes a people-first approach
A lifelong learner-curious and committed to pursuing further designations and professional development
Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
CFP or ChFC and CLU designations
Preferred
Series 24 license
