Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the requirements

Integrate the new solution with GDOT’s legacy systems

Perform unit testing and ensure that the solution is error-free

Assist in migrating legacy documents and data to the new solution

Collaborate with other technical team members to implement the solution
