Responsibilities
Handle a full range of family law matters (divorce, custody, support, modifications, etc.)
Draft pleadings, agreements, motions, and orders
Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
Develop case strategy and guide clients through the process
Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff
Annual billable requirement: 1,560 hours
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active Texas license
Strong litigation and client-facing skills
Empathetic, organized, and team-oriented
Preferred
1+ year of family law experience
