Fitness Test Administrator (PRN)
Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Fitness Test Administrator (PRN) to execute Physical Fitness Exams with professionalism, consistency, and care for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). In this role, you will set up test stations, administer fitness assessments, capture results in a secure app, and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities
Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers
Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times
Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead
Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet
Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks)
Apply consistent “no-rep” protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage
Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability
Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in a related field preferred
Current CPR/AED preferred; one or more years in structured fitness testing, coaching, or officiating
Proficiency with mobile data capture
Pass Concentric Methods Scoring and QA module with ≥ 98% blinded accuracy
Sign annual conflict-of-interest and confidentiality attestations
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's in a related field
Current CPR/AED
One or more years in structured fitness testing, coaching, or officiating
