EH&S / Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

Work with the EH&S team and the management to establish the EH&S Action Plan and Roadmap
Set up and review the company's EH&S standards, guidelines, and regulations, and ensure compliance with local, corporate, and international regulations, and that implementation processes are in place, effective, and sustainable
Coordinate and schedule management-level meetings to review and discuss the EH&S standard, guidelines, and other EH&S issues
Assist the Management Representatives (EMR, OHSMR, EnMR) to establish, implement, monitor, and maintain the ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 50001 (Energy) standard systems
Perform EH&S Gemba Walk audits and inspections for new machines, equipment, and processes prior to installation and buy-off
Ensure all EH&S issues and practices within the Company are in line with standards and comply with regulations
Implement Pollution Prevention plans, Waste Minimization, and Clean Technology to align with senior leadership targets/roadmaps
Act as the secretary of the Site EH&S & Energy Committees
Prepare and submit all EH&S reports to meet legal compliance, corporate, and customer requirements
Perform hazard risk assessments, environmental assessments, and energy reviews regularly
Drive EH&S performance in support of Operational targets
Perform other tasks required of the EHS&S Department Senior Manager

Required

Minimum 10 years' experience within EH&S working in a manufacturing environment
At least 5 years' experience in the implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standard systems
Working experience with electronics manufacturing or related business (with a company size of 1000+ total employees)
Strong knowledge of international EH&S standards and local legislative EH&S regulations
Good interpersonal skills and leadership experience
Highly dynamic, a balance of both management and front-line experience, fast acting & can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
Good command of English
Ability to operate a personal computer
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or a related technical field

Preferred

A Master's Degree is a plus
Relevant professional certification is highly desirable (e.g., CSP, CIH, CEM, CFM, or ISO Lead Auditor)
