Represent agent banks and commercial lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial lending transactions
Draft and review credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transactional materials
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies
Support deal execution and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar
4–5 years+ of experience in banking and finance law, preferably on the lender side
Strong understanding of commercial lending
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
