Responsibilities
Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a group of designers, driving performance to meet operational objectives
Design and produce graphics for print and digital advertisements, flyers, logos, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, promotional displays, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials
Provide design direction and strategy for multiple projects
Develop branding guidelines and templates to insure consistent corporate identity
Collaborate with team members and managers across interdepartmental teams
Manage vendor relationships with printers to negotiate on cost, select appropriate paper and press checks
Create digital press ready files
Qualification
Required
Oversees a group of Graphic Designers focused on creating graphics and art for use in a variety of internal and external publications
Works closely with members of the marketing team, Paycom executive staff, sales, IT and software development
Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a group of designers, driving performance to meet operational objectives
