Jr. HRIT reporting and data Analyst
Largeton Group is seeking a Junior HRIT Reporting and Data Analyst to maintain and develop HR reporting and analytics systems for their Global HR Analytics team. This role involves supporting HR report requests, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring data integrity through audits and quality checks.

Responsibilities
Maintain and develop HR reporting and analytics systems for the Global HR Analytics team
Support ongoing and ad-hoc HR report requests, balancing multiple priorities
Collaborate with HRIT, HR, and Payroll teams to provide accurate and efficient reporting
Combine, aggregate, and analyze data from various HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone, LMS)
Utilize Alteryx, Excel (lookups, pivot tables), SQL, and Tableau to design, develop, and test reports
Perform data quality checks, audits, and annual validations; recommend process improvements based on audit findings
Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues, ensuring data integrity and governance compliance
Document reporting procedures, system guides, and data dictionaries for end-users and administrators
Participate in HR analytics projects, including dashboards, data visualization, and system optimizations
Respond to urgent data analysis requests while ensuring data security and confidentiality
Apply basic statistical and research methods to identify patterns and relationships within HR data
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR report writing
HRIS/HRIT/database system administration
Strong Alteryx skills
Strong Excel skills
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft Query
ADP-Reporting
Tableau
HR/payroll data
