The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical expertise to support the sales team and monitor ESP systems.

Responsibilities
Analyze real-time and provide optimization suggestions to increase system run life and increase production
Coordinate Engineering design support efforts for new tools/products
Perform other work related tasks as assigned
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
Support sales team with technical expertise
Monitor and Optimize ESP systems for Sales staff
Collaborate with applications team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline or other Technical Degree, or equivalent ESP experience
1-3 years experience in ESP Monitoring/Optimization a plus
Strong Communication skills
Knowledge of ESP product, processes, and operations
Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and costing principals
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use the computer
Excellent Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office and SCADA systems
Travel less than 10%
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively alone, or within a group
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of ESP Systems
Understanding of Trend Analysis
Working knowledge of wellbore construction, Nodal Analysis, and Decline curve analysis
