Help with apartment make-readies
Trash collections
Cleaning the leasing office
Polish and sanitize gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc
Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Able to read, write and comprehend English
Must complete an annual training
Must be 18 years old
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
