Responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit a variety of agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, amendments, and corporate legal documents
Contract Lifecycle Management- Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining a centralized contract repository
Collaborate with business units and legal counsel to identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring alignment with corporate policies
Support the General Counsel in preparing legal documentation including board resolutions, corporate governance materials, and regulatory filing
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited US law school
4 years of experience
Preferred
Prior experience supporting General Counsel or Legal Departments helpful
Experience in contract law, corporate governance preferred
