Responsibilities
Enter patient data into CAREWare using information from patient charts and patient management system
Provides continuous data maintenance through audits and reports for the Ryan White Program and clinical services
Assist in the preparation and submission of various management and federal reports
Assist in the preparation and submission of performance measure data and quality improvement projects
Provide training and technical assistance to co-workers as needed
Track, monitor, and report outcome measures of the approved Ryan White work plan
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate level of computer experience, data entry, verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Experience in a medical setting; medical terminology preferred
