Responsibilities
Perform advanced installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control systems
Maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and backup power
Support equipment upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvements
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
Identify root causes of equipment issues and recommend improvements
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and comply with OSHA and WillowWood standards
May require overtime, weekends, or on-call availability
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Comfortable working on ladders, manlifts, and in elevated work areas
Preferred
Associate degree or technical certification
Experience with HVAC, PLCs, compressed air systems, welding/fabrication, or machining equipment
Familiarity with CMMS systems and backup power equipment
Forklift experience
