The Events & Field Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing high-impact events and marketing programs, supporting brand engagement through in-person and virtual experiences.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of in-person events, trade shows, sponsored events, and webinars
Assist with event logistics including vendor coordination, registrations, calendars, promotional materials, and on-site or live-event support
Help coordinate webinar programs including campaign ticket submission, webinar platform setup, speaker preparation, and post-event communications
Track event details, timelines, and assets while assisting with basic reporting and organization of results
Communicate event updates, schedules, and materials to sales and internal teams
Provide administrative and operational support for internal events, meetings, and team initiatives
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline event coordination and enhance marketing effectiveness

Required

BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing or event coordination (internships or relevant coursework accepted)
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of or willingness to learn marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, On24, Goldcast, Cvent)
Team player with a collaborative, self-starter mindset
Comfort working with AI tools and emerging technologies, or eagerness to develop these skills
Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
