Serving as the primary point of support for the attorney leading the Palm Beach office
Handling sophisticated estate and trust matters from initial engagement through final administration
Drafting, organizing, and coordinating estate planning and trust documentation
Managing files and workflow through the firm’s technology platforms
Interacting directly with high‑net‑worth clients with discretion and professionalism
Providing steady operational support and acting as a central resource within the office
Qualification
Required
Significant experience as a Trusts & Estates paralegal
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with affluent clients and confidential, sensitive information
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience with legal practice management and document systems
Ideal candidate will have WordPerfect experience
