Responsibilities
Lead and Mentor a Team of HubSpot Consultants: Empower and guide a team of consultants, fostering their growth and development. Delegate tasks strategically to leverage individual strengths and ensure project success
Drive Solutions for Complex Client Challenges: Analyze client needs, design and implement tailored HubSpot solutions, and document processes clearly and comprehensively
Champion Client Success: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure they achieve their business goals
Foster Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and stay informed about HubSpot updates and new features. Share your knowledge with the team and clients, identifying opportunities to leverage new functionalities
Elevate the Team: Share your expertise and insights to mentor and upskill platform consultants, contributing to a culture of continuous learning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience customizing and configuring marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Support Operations
Demonstrable ability to translate complex challenges into actionable processes and requirements
Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and client-facing experience
A collaborative spirit and passion for teamwork
Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred
HubSpot certifications
Experience as an end-user in a marketing automation or CRM platform
