The Director of Membership will lead the rollout of a concierge tier program, develop marketing campaigns, and ensure a member-first culture to enhance patient engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
Program Launch: Lead the pilot and national rollout of the concierge tier
Growth & Enrollment: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, In-Clinic, and Social) to convert existing patients into members
Product Marketing: Define the value proposition and create all messaging, ensuring patients understand the unique benefits of the concierge model
Retention Strategy: Build a "Member-First" culture. Monitor churn rates and develop engagement programs (events, exclusive content, wellness perks) that keep members enrolled
Physician Advocacy: Partner with our medical staff to integrate the program into their daily workflows and empower them to be brand ambassadors
Tech Stack Management: Oversee the integration of CRM and subscription billing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hint Health, or Elation)
Data Analytics: Track and report on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and assess opportunities for membership growth
Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with patients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Customer Service expertise to ensure an outstanding patient experience and foster long-term relationships
Sales skills to drive membership initiatives and support growth strategies
Experience in Training and development to lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service
Proven ability to manage teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Preferred
Previous experience in healthcare or membership management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
