Regional Sales Manager - Americas

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Business Development Team, manage distributor relationships, and drive new business initiatives while contributing to the overall company strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead the Business Development Team in USA, setting KPI and ensuring the Team follow the established sales processes and deliver on their objectives
Manage and meet with existing and new distributors, customers, prospects and outside manufacturing rep firms
Set selling prices for the Americas
Identify key markets, develop new business and establish strong profitable relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with Chairman, CEO, CFO and VP Marketing on market research, marketing, sales forecasting and price structures
Lead, create, and implement the sales element of the business plan
Conduct sales presentations and provide technical support to distributors, OEM accounts, outside manufacturing rep firms and staff to ensure proper understanding of products
Promote current products and help launch new products (including custom) to current customers, prospects and distribution partners
Develop, manage, and report on sales pipeline and KPI globally
Promote Trumeter and Trumeter products in a professional and ethical manner
Contribute to a cooperative, positive, results/data-driven 'can do' culture across the Trumeter Group
Contribute to overall Company strategy development and execution
Qualification
Required
Deliver sales at or above budget levels
Identify new prospects and win new business in line with agreed KPI
Lead and Manage the Team of Business Development Managers
Grow the Distribution Business and provide Leadership to the Distribution Manager NA
Be part of the Trumeter USA Senior Leadership Team
Lead the Business Development Team in USA, setting KPI and ensuring the Team follow the established sales processes and deliver on their objectives
