Conducting research
Supporting HR, Data Privacy, and Security compliance projects such as 50-state surveys, third-party vendor audits, and drafting summary memoranda
Preparing presentations on key findings
Reviewing contract terms, collaborating on potential revisions to customer and vendor agreements
Assisting with reviewing author agreements, drafting amendments, and summarizing agreements for various company departments

Required
