Responsibilities
Organize and analyze the CRM platform to ensure optimal performance and user experience
Clean up unused content and streamline the platform's information architecture
Optimize page layout and user flow for improved navigation and accessibility
Upload and manage new materials for the commercial team, ensuring they have the latest resources
Collaborate closely with Commercial to align content strategies and support brand initiatives
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends
Perform market analysis and research on the competition
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, email, and web)
Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Supporting website development, content update, and analytics
Measuring consumer satisfaction with services
Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments
Prepare marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs
Help distribute marketing materials
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Help organize marketing events
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, or Communications, ideally a rising Junior or Senior
Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel experience
Highly self-motivated and driven leadership
Preferred
Have an interest in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
An analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in digital content management (experience with specific platforms is a plus)
Experience with marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and professional social media
