Junior Creative Producer
Oxford Road is the world's largest podcast advertising agency, uniting brands and creators through strategy and technology. The Junior Creative Producer will support the Creative Services team in audio and creator production, testing, optimization, and collaboration, while learning the craft of performance-driven audio production.

Responsibilities
Support podcast, radio, and creator productions from brief through delivery under the guidance of Senior Producers
Assist with session prep, timelines, file routing, versioning, and final asset delivery
Help coordinate VO and host-read sessions, including materials prep, take tracking, and revision management
Perform basic QC to ensure assets meet specs, naming conventions, and delivery requirements
Prepare talking points and read guides for hosts and creators in partnership with writers and producers
Help collect, organize, and implement host-read revisions while preserving authenticity
Support A/B tests and creative refreshes by managing versions and documenting changes
Assist in applying Audiolytics® and C3 feedback to understand how creative and production choices impact performance
Work closely with Producers, Writers, Accounts, Strategy, Media, and Compliance to keep work on-brief and on-time
Maintain production documentation, approvals, and archival standards so assets are audit-ready and easy to find
Adopt AI-assisted tools (e.g., Wondercraft.ai and related workflows) to increase speed, clarity, and production efficiency
Participate in creative reviews, production debriefs, and learning sessions to build taste, judgment, and confidence
Contribute to documentation and playbooks that capture production best practices for future teammates and creators
Qualification
Required
~1–3 years of experience (or equivalent internships/freelance work) in audio production, podcasts, radio, creator content, or media
Familiarity with audio tools such as Adobe Audition, Descript, or similar (expertise not required, coachability is)
Strong organizational habits and comfort juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity about testing, optimization, and how creative performance is measured
Willingness to learn and apply structured frameworks like Audiolytics® and C3
Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Wondercraft.ai, ChatGPT-style workflows) as part of a modern production process
A genuine love for podcasts, creators, and the broader audio ecosystem
