Responsibilities
Assist the Business Services team with day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document management
Assist with administrative and analytical support to Business Services Senior Analyst in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, project tracking
Maintain and update internal files, SharePoint sites, and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy
Data gathering/organization for tracking RESG Key Performance Indicators across a variety of functions
Other administrative, compliance, and analytical duties to assist across RESG’s many functions
Qualification
Required
Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to interpret data, recognize and bring forward trends, issues, or opportunities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint
All employees assigned to this position will be subject to FBI fingerprint/ criminal background and Patriot Act/ Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) watch list checks at least once every five years
