Event Kiosk Support & Technical Attendant – Toledo Auto Show
Career Group Events is seeking reliable and tech-savvy event staff to support the Toledo Auto Show. The role involves assisting with iPad kiosks, providing client support, and ensuring a seamless event experience for attendees.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Set up, install, and test iPads and Square stands
Connect iPads to Bluetooth printers
Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate them clearly to event leads
Serve as a kiosk attendant and provide onsite client support
Train and support clients as needed
Assist customers with ticket purchases
Log, troubleshoot, and communicate any errors or issues
Assist attendees with general event inquiries
Perform all duties from Friday/Saturday
Pack up kiosks and printers for the client at the close of the show
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with Apple devices (iPads), iOS, Bluetooth, and basic troubleshooting
Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients directly
Professional, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
Ability to stand for long periods and assist with light lifting
Preferred
Candidates with references are always preferred by our clients
